Today was great service they are amazing ladies Marshala the dental assistant was sweet and helpful also Candace the office manager was very sweet as well they helped me with a payment plan so I can get my teeth worked on also thanks for the other ladies at the desk they were also a great help I will be back again

Very pleasant office and staff was exceptional about helping me get started as a new patient. They all did more than great to get me worked into that day schedule since I had an emergency. Would highly recommend this office.

Just Want to start by saying thank you to the front desk staff for always being so helpful. I came in to my visit with A few concerns, so I had the pleasure of speaking with the office manager Candice, who answered all of my questions . Would definitely recommend!

Marshala(Dental Assistant) was very nice, attentive, and just overall Great! Helped me with getting assistance help, I knew nothing about,and helped to receive service today, that I other wise would not have had. Thank You Greatly!! Fernanda( Dental Hygienist) was very nice, and attentive as well explained procedure thoroughly. Highly recommend, and if you need help ask for Marshala! Thank You too the rest of the Staff as Well very nice, and helpful!

I haven’t seen a dentist in over 20 years. I came to my visit exhausted with two children in tow (babysitter bailed). They were fast, considerate, thorough, kind, understanding and gave me reasonable options to help me pay. I do wish they had payment plans that didn’t involve opening credit but I guess doctors would be out of work if they did. These guys were great overall.

I had the best care I felt I was on cloud 9! I felt like I was in the pride lands of Lion King after they gave me the stuff to pull my wisdom teeth. The nurse lady provided me a pillow. I think I talked to a pink haired smurf at one point. But I felt completely safe. The ladies at the front desk were so accommodating. I think her name was Mrs Debbie and Mrs Maggy. They helped my husband who speaks hard Spanish understand the bills. Even though I think he was flirting hard. Hahaha #pineapples And the main woman who helped figure out the bills was the Blonde lady I wish I could look like. I think her name was mrs Candice. I felt very safe with both Mrs Candice and Mrs Debbie dealing with the financial side for my husband. Do Ried, my doctor was very well handled and put together. I felt like he was the Rafiki of the pride lands and the main. Lions were Mrs Candice and Mrs Debbie. Definitely coming back to bring my babies to be raised by Dr Rafiki! 100 stars!!!!!!

I recently visited for an SRP procedure, as a new patient, and was serviced by Marshala, Shahid, Leticia, and Dr. Henson. Each team member demonstrated exceptional expertise, making sure I fully understood every aspect of the procedure as well as the associated costs. From the moment I checked in until my services were completed, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout the entire process.

I had a great experience at Coast Dental. The front desk staff was especially wonderful—very friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They made the check-in process smooth and answered all my questions with patience. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone who genuinely cares about patients and makes the visit feel comfortable. I want to thank the team for the excellent service. I truly appreciate the kindness and the payment options presented by the manager, Candice. A special thank you to the assistant Leticia and Yamilia for providing clear and easy-to-understand translation in Spanish, which made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Henson was very professional and made sure I agreed with every part of the treatment I explained. She took the time to listen to me and truly understand what I needed. Overall, I had a great experience and felt well cared for.Thanks :)

The staff at the front desk are absolutely amazing. All extremely friendly and helpful. When I dealt with insurance issues, Maggie, Debbie, and Candice were quick to solve the issue. The dentists are just as friendly. It’s a place full of smiles and joy. Highly recommend!
